Posted On: 11/02/2025 What a great group of people! They really care about how you feel and take the pain and anxiety to a minimum! Highly impressed! Was only in the chair for 30 minutes for an extraction and bone graft! The Doctor called me the night of the surgery to make sure I was OK! Do you get it-these guys are absolutely the best! Posted On: 10/24/2025 While the dental team is very thorough, compassionate, informative, and caring. The financial consultant is un professional, uncaring of the customers circumstances, and apparently incapable of thinking outside the box of payment, or working with the patient to find solutions like breaking up the services needed and doing them a little at a time, to allow insurance limitations to pay for services, allowing the patient to avoid spending thousands of dollars out of pocket all at once.

That said,
The Dental care team gets 4 stars, and the financial consultant gets a -2, which to be fair, gives the Perio Dentistry a total of 2 stars

In response to the owners reply; i beg to differ. I have an infection with bone degeneration thats affecting my overall health, which your dentist told me if left unattended could lead to hospitalization or death. Which because my Dr. and Dentist are aware of, should be covered by a combination of medical and dental insurance, and requires your business to send in a preauthorization, to confirm the medical need and be authorized.

But due to a the standard yearly limits placed on some dental insurances, a lack of profesional care, personal concern, intelligence, or professionalism, all your finance girl was interested in is my $3300 payment out of pocket for pending services. Didn't even bother to do any research on my file or ask if she should send in a preauthorization, just said your insurance only allows $500 per year for dental services, and stated I'd have to pay out of pocket before services are rendered.
So take your deflection of responsibility, earning you another -1 star and shove it. Bret website Logo Google Review

I was quite apprehensive about the numbing shot, as I had a previously extremely painful experience with that elsewhere. The assistant at TeamPerio was so very helpful in helping me get through that experience, but I discovered that that numbing shot really wasn't painful at all. I wore a mask over my eyes, and the team kept up a casual conversation among themselves the whole time, which all greatly helped me relax.
